John Jameson is now Head of The School of Retail and Services Management at D.I.T. which is at Aungier Street Dublin. The School specialises in full-time and part-time courses in business management and has a focus on Retail and Services in the Irish economy.

John is a senior lecturer with the Dublin Institute of Technology specialising in eBusiness and Research Techniques. He has in-depth industry and state sector experience, having worked in the food, computer and consultancy industries in addition to a period with the Irish Trade Board prior to joining academia.

With the trade board he worked with indigenous companies on the development of their export businesses. Prior to that John spent three years with TMI international in management and organisational development providing a broad range of consulting, research and training services.
